In autumn 2014 I spent a month in northern India on an itinerary that took me via trains, planes and automobiles from Delhi to McLeod Ganj, Rishikesh, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Haripur, Jawai, northern Goa and Mumbai.
